Power of Expression
It is a well-known fact that attorneys must above all be able to talk as well as think. But where “talk” is not simply to “say a lot”, genuine powers of expression are often decisive.
For Ueli Vogel-Etienne rhetoric is only one part of the art of speaking. His love of expression is more comprehensive, since in his view, before persuasion comes listening, understanding and allowing people time to express themselves.
Hence his strengths lie in all litigation in which people are at the forefront: from divorce and criminal defence to road accidents. Here and even in complex situations, he always establishes a general view and is able to produce clear, simple and convincing arguments, conciliatory or aggressive, but always with commitment to the client.
